Over 40 people attended our first wellbeing afternoon of the year on Sunday 29 January sampling various styles of Yoga and Pilates. The first half of the afternoon began with Vanessa teaching Hatha Yoga, following on to an energising Vinyasa Flow with Steph and Nathan introducing everyone to Scaravelli Yoga for the third class.
During the break a fantastic buffet made by The Bonsai Café was enjoyed and well deserved!
After the break, Pippa led everyone through a Pilates class focusing on the core, Vicky tested our strength with Fitness Yoga and Dianne taught the final class of Yin Yoga by candlelight.
