The Zen Flow team are proud to report another great turnout for our second Wellbeing Afternoon of the year. The event gives participants the opportunity to try various styles of Yoga and Pilates. Vicky led the first class with a strong Fitness Yoga flow, Steph followed with a ‘Hip and Heart’ opening sequence and Pippa tested our core strength with Pilates. During the break, participants enjoyed a delicious Mediterranean inspired buffet prepared by The Bonsai Café.
Beth taught the fourth class of the day introducing us to the interesting style of Chinese Yoga, Pippa provided some therapeutic relief with ’Stress-Release’ Yoga and the afternoon concluded perfectly with Dianne teaching a restorative Yin Yoga class.
