On Tuesday 25th April 25 members of the 4th Old Catton Brownies visited The Dojo Norwich to try their hand at karate. Sensei Nathan and Sensei John taught an hours class that consisted of a warm up followed by learning some basic punches, kicks and blocks. The instructors were very impressed with how well the Brownies got to grips with their karate and hopefully they look forward to seeing them all again at The Dojo Norwich
